More than anything, we look forward to welcoming you back, making you feel at home like family, and ensuring that Cozumel feels like your own—this generous island we cherish and work tirelessly to protect, fostering a vibrant and thriving community.

A Christmas Celebration to Remember

We’re excited to share the highlights of our unforgettable Christmas celebration, where the entire Dive With Martin team came together for a night of joy and gratitude.

This year, we hosted our annual holiday party at the beautiful Money Bar beach club, located along Cozumel’s west coast, near the Marine Park. The night was magical—filled with great energy, laughter, and pure happiness. After a long year of hard work, it was exactly what we needed and truly deserved! Even though we were all exhausted, the music, dancing, and camaraderie lifted our spirits. Some of our crew even took to the dance floor, singing and laughing the night away. The atmosphere was just perfect—relaxed, harmonious, and the ideal way to close out a year filled with achievements and unforgettable moments.

Surprises, Prizes & Holiday Cheer

As is tradition, every member of our team received a gift, we added an exciting twist! The management team organized a surprise raffle with incredible prizes—including a brand-new refrigerator and a massive 70-inch TV. To make things even more exciting, we also gave away envelopes with generous cash prizes. The energy in the room was electric! When the winners’ names were announced, their joy was written all over their faces. Captain Julián took home the refrigerator, while Instructor Juan Carlos won the TV. But the best part? Everyone received something, ensuring that no one left empty-handed.

Seeing the excitement and gratitude from our crew was the greatest gift of all. The entire night—the party, the location, the food, the drinks, the laughter, and the incredible team spirit—made for an unforgettable celebration.

None of this would have been possible without you—our incredible clients, friends, and extended family. Many of you have been with us for years, and your continued support, loyalty, and friendship mean the world to us. Thanks to you, we closed out 2024 with a deep sense of gratitude and joy.

Because you choose to dive with us and spend your vacations in Cozumel, we’re able to give back to our hardworking team—rewarding them for their dedication and ensuring they feel just as appreciated as they make you feel every day. Our goal has always been to create unforgettable dive experiences, and it’s your trust and enthusiasm that inspire us to keep improving and growing.

Una Cálida Bienvenida al 2025 de Parte de Dive With Martin

Al comenzar este nuevo año, les enviamos nuestros más cálidos deseos de paz, prosperidad y felicidad en 2025. Más que nada, esperamos darles la bienvenida nuevamente, hacerlos sentir como en casa, como parte de nuestra familia, y asegurarnos de que Cozumel se sienta como suyo—esta generosa isla que tanto apreciamos y que trabajamos incansablemente para proteger, fomentando una comunidad vibrante y próspera.

Una Celebración Navideña para Recordar

Estamos emocionados de compartir los momentos más especiales de nuestra inolvidable celebración navideña, en la que todo el equipo de Dive With Martin se reunió para una noche de alegría y gratitud.

Este año, realizamos nuestra tradicional fiesta de fin de año en el hermoso Money Bar beach club, ubicado en la costa oeste de Cozumel, cerca del Parque Marino. La noche fue mágica, llena de energía, risas y pura felicidad. Después de un año de arduo trabajo, era exactamente lo que necesitábamos y realmente lo merecíamos. A pesar del cansancio, la música, el baile y la camaradería elevaron nuestros ánimos. ¡Algunos de nuestros compañeros incluso se lanzaron a la pista de baile, cantando y riendo hasta el amanecer! La atmósfera fue simplemente perfecta: relajada, armoniosa y la mejor manera de cerrar un año lleno de logros y momentos inolvidables.

Sorpresas, Premios y Espíritu Navideño

Como es tradición, cada miembro de nuestro equipo recibió un regalo, añadimos un giro emocionante. ¡El equipo de gerencia organizó una rifa sorpresa con premios increíbles, incluyendo un refrigerador nuevo y una enorme televisión de 70 pulgadas! Para hacerlo aún más especial, también entregamos sobres con premios en efectivo muy generosos. ¡La emoción en la sala era palpable! Cuando anunciamos los nombres de los ganadores, la alegría en sus rostros lo decía todo. El Capitán Julián se llevó el refrigerador, mientras que el Instructor Juan Carlos ganó la televisión. Pero lo mejor de todo fue que nadie se fue con las manos vacías, ¡todos recibieron algo!

Ver la emoción y gratitud en nuestro equipo fue el mejor regalo de todos. Toda la noche—la fiesta, el lugar, la comida, las bebidas, las risas y el increíble espíritu de equipo—hicieron de esta una celebración inolvidable.

Nada de esto habría sido posible sin ustedes—nuestros increíbles clientes, amigos y familia extendida. Muchos de ustedes han estado con nosotros durante años, y su continuo apoyo, lealtad y amistad significan el mundo para nosotros. Gracias a ustedes, cerramos el 2024 con un profundo sentimiento de gratitud y alegría.
