This spacious 150m2 (1600 sq. ft) home is in Playa del Carmen, in the heart of the Riviera Maya. You will be just 5 blocks away from the beach and a short 10 minute walk from the famous 5th Avenue where all the shopping and restaurant action is. You would be able to enjoy a myriad of restaurants, stores, tours and much more within easy walking distance.
We also offer our guests a 10% discount off of diving or snorkeling in Cozumel with Dive with Martin. Cozumel has amazing coral reefs with incredible marine life. The passenger ferry will take you across the channel to Cozumel where you will visit the Dive with Martin shop to get started on your adventure.

Playa del Carmen is a vibrant city in the heart of Riviera Maya, located exactly half way (37 miles each way) between Cancun and Tulum. It is an idyllic place with fine white sand beaches and Caribbean blue water. You can always find a hammock to relax in and all the fun and adventure you could wish for. You will find water activities such as windsurfing, jet skis, kayaking or diving right out your front door. The shopping is incredible with everything from local handicrafts to fine couture. World class restaurants featuring food are within walking distance. Concerts featuring local and international musicians are held often. And tours to all the cultural, historic and natural sights in the area can be arranged.
Along the cost of the Riviera Maya there are amazing experiences just waiting for you.
Xcaret Theme Parks: Xcaret Parks offers different themed parks for everyone, if you want to enjoy your time in Mexico don’t forget to visit them.
Mayan Ruins: Within an easy driving distance, there are three fabulous sets of Mayan ruins. Chichen Itza, Coba and Tulum. Each is different and interesting and should not be missed.
Cenotes: Cenotes are a natural phenomenon found only in the Riviera Maya. A cenote is formed when a cavern over an underwater river collapses and creates a kind of sinkhole. The cenotes have clear fresh water running through them and are perfect for swimming, snorkeling or diving in.
UNESCO World Heritage Site Sian Ka'an Biosphere: A sublime area of natural beauty, Sian Ka'an is home to thousands of species of flora and fauna.

Gaviotas has two very spacious bedrooms with plenty of room to relax and get comfortable. Each room has a queen size bed with comfortable mattresses and all the bedding included. Storage space is provided in the bedside tables, dresser and closets. Each bedroom also has its own mini-split air conditioner for cool, quiet sleeping or a ceiling fan if you prefer to leave the windows open for fresh air.

There is one bathroom that has all the modern amenities, including a large corner shower. New white tile and fixtures make this a light, airy space.
Bath towels and a hair dryer are included.

The cozy living room has plenty of space to feel at home. Two sofas greet you when you come home from a fun day of exploring the area. Their is a large screen TV with cable TV access for you to enjoy.
The dining area has a table for six guests to set around. We are sure that many stories of adventures will be told around this table!

The kitchen is small, but very well equipped with a gas stove, panini grill, blender, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, pots and pans, dishes, utensils and knifes.
You will have all you need to prepare simple snacks or elaborate meals.

The backyard has a comfortable patio space with your own personal pool and a hammock to relax in. After a dip in the pool you can use the outdoor shower to rinse off.
There is a table for six on the outdoor patio to enjoy a meal around the pool.
The garage is large enough for a small to medium car, and includes an electric garage door opener.
