The Cozumel Marine Park has put out the schedule of reef closures for the year. These closures will give each reef a break from tourist activities and allow for continued study of the impact of people on the reefs. Boat operators must strictly adhere to this schedule and will be fined if they do not.
December/January: Chankanaab Reef & Chankanaab Bolones
February/March: Cedral Pass, Cedral Reef, Francesca
April/May: Delilah, Palancar Gardens, Palancar Horseshoe
June/July: Paradise Reef, Paradise Shallows
August/September: Palancar Caves, Palancar Bricks, Columbia
October/November: San Francisco, Santa Rosa
Starting January 1, 2022, the Cozumel Marine Park has raised the price of the daily marine park pass from $4.50 to $5.00 per person. Unfortunately, we have to pass this along to our customers. We purchase the wrist bands and provide them to you on the boat.
